   In just a few hours, hopefully Michael will walk out on stage carrying as many economics textbooks and papers on this subject he can carry and toss it all in bin, signifying the end result of all the effort people have put into trying to improve human civilization with basic concepts like comparative advantage and social welfare, which human civilization has then roundly (and mostly without even much objection from scholars) rejected, in favor of what might well end up with more senseless conflict and a looming global depression.
